If anyone's interested in not using C# and wants to get to grips with it; there's this nifty guide. There's the guy's website too.

The powerhouse has been built. Formatting solved all issues on my old rig.

I usually pride myself on having a stable; self built computer system.

Recently my graphics card has given me issues; suggests it's the graphics RAM. However, I have had other driver problems that I cannot ignore. Not only that; but these are deep problems in the OS that go beyond what I can find for assistance.

I'm formatting my system on Saturday; sorry Rich, looks like no BF2 after all, I've left my serial codes in Redcar - I'll see if I can get hold of them as I have a backup of the DVD-Roms with me.

I'll post more on the graphics card problems later.

I've came to realise that I don't trust computers. Especially to store my private and personal data. Not because of a security risk; but due to reliability and the advancement of technology.

A few times I've had to recover my system from an almost fatal crash, further more I've had to change my web hosting due to failed servers or I've witnessed others have an unreliable internet connection to access their information.

For a home user, as standard there is little to no redundancy if anything fails; and although there may be the services for business I have yet to see any home targetted and advertised capabilties to securely and safely backup my data with the option of a physical backup that I can retrieve or order by phone should my internet access to this potential online repository be inaccessible for any reason and be an affordable solution.
